She tried to catch him, but he hopped right through her fingers. Mum was quick though and scooped him up. I got to be the hero for a few hours, then had to break the news that he needed to stay at the beach. Hero to villain in 3 seconds flat.
I didn't believe it at first either. When we saw him hop out in front of us, I didn't know what to think at first. I think he must have been a directionally challenged tree frog who hopped the wrong way out of his tree and went to the water line instead of further into the woods.
what a brave little girl - I would scream at holding a frog!
ReplyDeleteShe LOVES frogs and bugs! I think some of her sugar was swapped with snails when she was being made. She still got the full dose of spice though! :)
