Forget Flu Season, Pregnancy Is The Current Epidemic

There are too many babies in bellies around me.

I can feel the pregnancy in the air.

It's a highly contagious virus, and it's hanging heavy like late August humidity.

I am beyond happy for my friends.

I wish them all the best, and can't wait to knit tiny, cute little booties, sweaters, hats and blankets.

But the last time pregnancy was this epidemic, I caught it too.

I think it's time to break out the surgical mask...

...And maybe not sell any more baby stuff for a while.

More Than Just A Photo

Photos have taken over this blog.

I have several posts sitting in the draft folder. Some just need a final polish, others are barely more than a rough thought, a vague idea of what I want to write about.

Someday, I will finish those posts.

Someday, they will see the light of day.

Until then, though, I will continue to share a photo every Sunday.
